Return & Refund Policy

At Bullseye North, we stand behind the quality of our products. If there is an issue with your purchase, we offer a 7-Day Return Policy starting from the date you receive your order.


Inspection & Reporting

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund or replacement.

  • Issues reported after 7 days will be treated as warranty claims and are no longer eligible for a refund or replacement.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in saleable condition with original packaging.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrect—then we will provide a return shipping label.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

⚠️ Improperly returned, incomplete, or reassembled items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Final Sale Items (No Returns or Refunds)

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return:

  • Firearms that have been fired or modified

  • Ammunition and reloading components

  • O2 masks, gas masks, face masks, and other health products


Special Orders & Restricted Firearms

  • Restricted firearms and lower receivers:

    • Cancelled or returned orders are subject to a $50 administrative fee to cover processing, RCMP transfer work, and restocking.

  • Special orders:

    • Covered by manufacturer warranty only

    • No refunds on special orders once the item is in transit or has arrived

    • Special order firearms are not eligible for return


Government Reclassification

We cannot accept returns on firearms that have been reclassified as prohibited due to government regulation changes.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within one week of receiving the returned item

  • It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your banking statement
