Unfold, load, step to cock and release, shoot. With two modes of operation, Standard and Flurry, you can select which works best for you. In Standard mode you step on one pedal to cock the thrower and a second pedal to release the clay target. In Flurry mode one pedal cocks the thrower and then releases the clay target for high-speed action as fast as you can step and throw.
